A dual-signal fluorescent probe for detection of acid phosphatase

چکیده

Acid phosphatase has become a significant indicator of prognostic and medical diagnosis, its dysfunction may lead to series diseases. A novel dual-signal fluorescence method for acid detection based on europium polymer (europium-pyridine dicarboxylicacid-adenine) pyridoxal phosphate (PLP) was proposed. PLP coordinated with via Eu3+ P–O bonds, the quenched due photoinduced electron transfer (PET) effect between aldehyde polymer. Upon addition phosphatase, transformed (Pi) (PL). The PL released from surface polymer, blue emission enhanced formation internal hemiacetal, while recovered. (PL) red (Eu3+) were positively correlated activity; thus sensitive assay effectively achieved. two signals applied determine limits (LOD) 0.04 mU/mL 0.38 mU/mL, linear ranges 0.13–5.00 1.25–20.00 respectively. probe can be used trace in biological systems holds promise use clinical diagnosis early prevention.
